To deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform repairs and maintenance on cars and light commercial vehicles.
-
Diagnose faults using computerized equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
-
Complete service documentation accurately (job sheets, PDi’s, service reports).
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
-
Liaise with customers to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
-
Ensure all equipment is maintained and report any defects promptly.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience

Excellent technical and workshop skills.

Proficient in computerised vehicle diagnostics and testing equipment.

Up-to-date product knowledge.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload.

Qualifications
-
Full UK driving licence (essential).

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or minimum 5 years’ experience as an automotive technician.

Personal and work references (required prior to job offer).
Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5:30pm
